My Life as a Filmmaker

Rather than copy and paste, I'm just going to point you to my homeschooling blog today.

I've written a brief post about one of the projects I have done and a rather obvious realization that hit me today.

I guess I've been thinking about contentment and my place in media for a few days now, and I think this post is the start of that answer.

I found your blog here through Sonlight, and have been reading for quite a few months. I help with the video at our church (editing, not shooting), so I have gained lots of little things that have helped make us more professional.

And although that's where I know you from, you will forever be the guy in the background at the DMV to my boys. (Actually, I told them your name..."Hey there's Luke! Hi Luke! There he is again! And again!") And they love it!

Anyway, I'm looking forward to "Mathtacular - the Calculus Edition". Don't worry...I won't need it for 9 or 10 years! :)

Lori,

I'm glad to know I have a reader <smile>! I'm even happier that my ramblings have been useful (or at least interesting).

We really liked the DMV activity. We loved the idea and how cheesy/funny it was. A little trivia: That's my voice for Justin's thoughts, since something happened and we didn't get him recorded.

I'm not sure if we'll get to Calculus, but I think it would be blast to do. And who knows what will happen in the next 10 years <smile>.
